Can XP really be patched?
Many are spending significant $$ to Microsoft to keep old XP on life support. Is that even possible? What do you think? Loki

@ Loki:

Has anything that MS(BG) put out secure? For that matter, IOS, Unix, et al? Moving to another layer, has anything that Flash, Java, ancillary, companion programs been secure? I know of many people that still have 98, 2k and XP, all flawless, but they are configuration machines and never see the web. IMHO until the web as a transport is secure, no software will ever be.

If network connectivity in and out is not required, support is not needed.

I have a game that only runs on XP, and it is installed in a VM with no network connectivity. Extra support $$ not required.
