Best way to reduce spam?
Hello dear,

Hope I can get well suggestion from here about how to reduce spam. Recently I started email campaing using MailChamp. But most of my emails are going to spam folder. I want to hit directly to inbox. So what should I do now? How I reduce spam? My target is atleast 90% inbox.

Thank you!

MailChimp has several TID's on this. It is hard to avoid Gmail and Yahoo classifying MailChimp (and other mass marketing software) as promotions/junk/spam. Things that can help are:

1. Make sure your domain's SPF and DomainKeys are in place and correct.
2. Begin your e-mails with the recipient's name, using the merge tags in MailChimp.
3. Use less images.
4. Educate your audience on another medium like Social Media or website- ask them to add your sending address to address book, and in the case of Gmail, ask them to drag the message out of promotions tab to inbox so Gmail knows the message is legitimate.

Hope that helps!
Tim

Take advantage of the Junk E-mail Filter in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 Office Outlook 2007 helps to mitigate the problem of spam by providing the Junk E-mail Filter, which automatically evaluates incoming messages and sends those identified as spam to the Junk E-mail folder.
