This port is used by SMSWakeUp service to perform remote Wake-on-LAN (requires a slave host (already awake) on the remote LAN). UDP is used for the wake packets, and TCP used for other management. http://www.1e.com/support/SMSWakeUp-Troubleshooting.aspx
