According to NLnet Labs (https://www.nlnetlabs.nl/projects/dnssec-trigger), they use port 8955 as the default port for DNSSEC-trigger to communicate with the local DNSSEC resolver: Unbound. For Linux users, this is allegedly configurable in /usr/local/etc/dnssec-trigger.conf.
