This is a broadcast (255.255.255.255) throughout our network from an external IP. It appears to initiate on a 169.254.1.225 and then rolls over to 169.254.128.16. Because I'm using a host-based IDS I only see that I'm blocking it. I can't see how other machines are responding. Is this an intrusion attempt? I have packet capture capability if you need to look at the packet.
