Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Gather evidence using leading industry forensic tools in a legally admissible manner.
• Be required to give evidence of events and investigations asked of the Forensics Department.
• Support and partner with information security investigations and Incident Response teams during active incidents. Participate in bridges and war rooms.
• Produce full investigation Forensics reports for legal review on cases assigned.
• Understand chain of custody and evidence integrity principles and practices.
• Support TD's Follow-the-Sun model for investigations and forensics across multiple regions globally.
• Support On-call requirement during off business hours in the event of any security escalation.
• Supporting team with non-operational tasks relating to procedure & policy development.
Other Responsibilities:
• Engaging in BCP planning and development for the team.
• Interacting with different teams to create interaction model for better alignment and coordination for security incident.
• Providing recommendations for process improvements which team can benefit.
• Act as a delegate for the team by contributing in new project's Software development lifecycle.
• Produce KPIs, SLA's and other metrics for the team.
• Act as an owner during incident calls and provide technical expertise.
• Produce presentations and documentation which can be consumed by the management

Job Requirements

University Degree.
Information Security Certification / Accreditation an asset.
5-7 years of relevant experience.
Firm commitment to staying informed and abreast of emerging issues, industry trends etc.
Advanced knowledge of one or more technology controls or security domains, disciplines and practices.
Sound to advanced knowledge of business, technology controls, security and risk issues.
Demonstrated ability to participate in projects of moderate to high complexity.
Ability and commitment to serve as a subject matter expert on business-specific, cross-functional and enterprise initiatives.
Readiness to participate in projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level.
Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
