Lubrizol is currently looking for an Information Security Awareness Specialist. In this role, you will assist in corporate security awareness initiatives including the development and delivery of educational materials, coordination with Lubrizol business units regarding training needs, and support of the corporate phishing program. This role would be based at our Global Headquarters in Wickliffe, OH following a hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the identification of training needs within the various business units supporting a global population
Assist in the development of training materials appropriate for local user populations
Educate users on security policies and best practices to prevent information security incidents
Gain an understanding of the unique security awareness requirements of Lubrizol manufacturing environments and serve as their primary point of contact
Recruit and develop additional Security Ambassadors at our manufacturing facilities
Support the corporate phishing program as needed, coordinating with global Security Ambassadors on appropriate monthly themes and translation, as well as tabulation and reporting of results
Participate in corporate response in the event of an information security incident
Provide insight and recommendations to leadership as part of a global information security team
Other information security activities as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4+ years of IT or manufacturing experience
Demonstrated effectiveness of working independently, establishing priorities, and managing task completion
Familiarity with Microsoft Windows-based operating systems and Office products
Understanding of basic information security concepts
Experience in documenting issues and solutions to assist end user understanding
What Will Put You Ahead:
Associate’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or a manufacturing-related field
Safety certification, especially those that are OSHA-focused
Experience working in manufacturing, safety or a related field
