The Instructor/Scenario Designer for the Institute for Cybersecurity is responsible for technical operations and training for the Institute for Cybersecurity, with a particular focus on the Cybersecurity Simulation Laboratory and Regent Cyber Range. This position serves as cyber security instructor and supports the day-to-day operations of the Institute under the leadership of the Director of the Institute for Cybersecurity. This position will also implement technical adversary simulation exercises under the direction of the Associate Director.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Cybersecurity or Computer Science
Minimum of 2 years training experience in the IT/Cybersecurity area(s) of discipline and expertise with Information Technology, Cybersecurity systems and related technologies
Certification in at least one of the following, with two or more certifications preferred: SANS GIAC, GSEC, GCIA, GCIH; OSCP, CTT+
Candidate must have:
Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and evaluation skills
Strong management and administrative skills and experience
