I have an HP laptop with a fingerprint reader, and the process holdin gthis port open seems to be the HP Credential Manager "Logon Session Broker" (ASBroker, ASWLNPkg.dll) and "Local Communication Channel" (ASChannel, ASChnl.dll): Proto Local Address Foreign Address State TCP 127.0.0.1:49100 0.0.0.0:0 LISTENING
