It looks like ports 9090 through (perhaps) 9095 are used by various Bit Torrent clients.. I notice every time after doing Bit Torrent I get scores of requests from strange IPs mostly on port 9090 but sometimes as high as 9095 in my router weblog. Since my Bit Torrent client (Transmission) specifies port 9090 as its default, I can see it's likely all related to Bit Torrent clients requesting packets that they havent't decided aren't available anymore...
